Manufactured by Cartasport using a heavy duty PU outer with a lightweight foam padding inner. Both pads have adjustable padded gloves on the back for a secure hold & wrist support. They are also curved to 'catch' punches.

They are great for promoting cardiovascular exercise & increasing upper body strength which can be used in other sports such as rugby, American Football etc. You can also perform a variety of drills that develop reaction speed and accuracy

It is vitally important that the 'dot' in the centre of a hook and jab pad is directly in the centre of the user's hand. If a punch lands too high on your fingers, they could bend back causing injury.
