If you already have your badge available in embroidery software & it is below 15000 stitches, then the minimum order is just 12 embroidered beanies ! Please note though that embroidery software is not a Jpeg.

If you don't have your badge available in embroidery software or you want a new design, so long as you order as a minimum of just 15 embroidered beanies and the design is below 15,000 stitches (which 95% of badges are), you can have the embroidery design set up for nothing ! Although if you do have your badge available in embroidery software it does speed up the job.

Please email your design though as a large Jpeg, Gif, Eps file to info@soneka.com. Small sized images are very difficult to expand & get right so the larger the better & also an idea of how big you want them. Or post a clear design through.

Therefore please order a minimum of 12 if you already have your badge in embroidery software, or 15 if you don't.
