PRICING & SPECIFICATION
All pricing includes VAT ( currently at 17.5% ) where applicable. SONEKA reserves the right to adjust pricing & specification without notice. Errors & Omissions exempt. We will correct any incorrect pricing and specification where applicable. For products priced incorrectly which you have ordered, we will give you the option of accepting the amended price or cancellation. We will refund any money taken if the order is cancelled.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods will become the property of the customer only when paid for in full.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Under the regulations of The United Kingdom`s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order in writing, up to & including 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. No reason has to be given if you do not wish to do so. For European customers, you have the right to cancel your order in writing, up to & including 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. For Worldwide customers, you have the right to cancel your order in writing, up to & including 30 days from the date of receipt of your order
We cannot however cancel orders that have been made to your requirements. For example embroidered / printed clothing, or goods made to order e.g. padded products such as tackle bags, post pads, shields etc. If you are unsure as to which products are applicable or you wish to cancel your order please contact SONEKA, giving details of your order cancellation, including original payment method, address etc.
RETURNS POLICY
If the goods when delivered are defective, damaged, incorrect goods / quantity, you should contact SONEKA within 3 days of delivery. Goods should then be returned to us for replacement or credit on that product. We strongly recommend returning goods by recorded delivery so you can claim if the goods go missing. We will also reimburse postage. Please ensure you provide us with the original invoice, delivery note or proof of purchase.
The goods must be in mint condition & returned to us in it's original packaging. We will then credit the cost of the goods only as postage is non-refundable. This also excludes delivery charges from the original despatch to the customer. We strongly recommend returning goods by recorded delivery so you can claim if the goods go missing. If sending by post other than recorded delivery, please ensure you fill out a certificate of posting.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not disclose buyers` information to a third party other then a carrier for delivery purposes. We will only keep delivery details if authorised by the customer. This will be used to fulfil any further orders, and to send out club brochures & prices lists if required or applicable.
