This ideal training aid forces the feet to adapt to extremely fast patterns of footwork by repeating the exercises over & over. For use by young, developing & mature players alike.
Ladders can be laid at right angles for direction change if required. Ladders are flat rung, which can be used indoor or outdoor. All ladders can be clipped together to increase their length.
