How much will delivery cost ? Delivery costs will depend on the value of the order, weight, delivery region & requested delivery times. The cost will be shown once you choose your delivery option. We subsidise all delivery costs & where possible, will give you different delivery options. Delivery fees start at £3.99 for UK deliveries.

Which couriers do you use ? - We use Royal Mail, APC, Parcelforce & evri.

When will I receive my order ? There will be a delivery estimate when you choose your delivery option

We usually ship orders the same day or the day after. Please be aware that we are closed on Wednesdays so will not be sending orders on this day. 

Can I collect my order ? Yes - just choose the click & collect option.

I'm a non-UK customer based overseas, will I pay customs fees ? International customers may have to pay import duty or taxes. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer.
