For sizing selection, measure around the forehead, just above the eyebrows. Here are the sizes with an estimate as to the ages they may fit :-

• X-Small - To fit head circumference of 52-53 cm (kids, ages e.g. 7 - 10)
• Small - To fit head circumference of 54-55 cm (kids/young adults/petite)
• Medium - To fit head circumference of 56-57 cm (young adults/adults)
• Large - To fit head circumference of 58-59 cm (adults)
